The 3^rd Hong Kong Library Festival, held between October and November 2021 under the theme ‘Joyful Reading‧Libraries for You’, offered more than 160 on-site and online activities so as to demonstrate the Hong Kong Public Libraries as a platform to pass down the joy of reading and to connect with readers at every corner, and further explore the various possibilities of reading with everyone.

 

During the festival, various events featuring four sections: ‘Imprint in two decades’, ‘Reading in Diversity’, ‘Reconcile with Oneself’ and ‘Joy of Reading’ were held in the Hong Kong Central Library, libraries in 18 Districts and the thematic website.  With the diversified activities, readers could enjoy reading from different perspectives.
